　Study on the President Xi’s talking of promoting outstanding traditional culture

　Chinese traditional culture is an important source of president Xi’s governing ideas since the 18th national congress. He repeatedly stressed the importance of the history and influence of traditional Chinese culture, and gave it new meanings.

　First, to nurture and promote the socialist core values and national cultural soft power construction, Xi Jinping stressed the need to strive to inherit Chinese traditional culture. Presedient Xi Jinping talked to teachers and students in Beijing University in 2013 Youth Day: “Chinese traditional culture has become a gene of the Chinese nation, rooted in Chinese people inside, and subtly influenced the thinking and behavior of Chinese people. To foster and carry forward the socialist core values must be based on Chinese traditional culture. Xi Jinping also pointed out that, in order to improve the cultural soft power, should make the Chinese traditional culture in harmony with the modern culture and modern society. And promote it in the public in forms that the people loved and having extensive participatory manner. Spread out the innovational cultural achievements that are based on the heritage and promotion of outstanding tradition cultural and spirit of the age, and rooted in situation of China and the world.

　 Second, in the strategic vision of economic development, Xi Jinping draws attention to the positive spirit and our historical experience of excellent traditional culture. "one belt and on road" strategic concept mirror to the open, progress, cooperation and win-win experience and positive spirit in excellent traditional Chinese culture and the history of foreign economic relations.

　 Third, in diplomatic relations, Xi Jinping focuses on the use of wisdom of excellent traditional culture. In March 2014, he noted in the speech at UNESCO (United Nations educational, scientific, and cultural organization) headquarters: "harmony in diversity" is the basic principle of China"s handling of international relations.

　Finally, in the context of comprehensive deepening reform and the socialist modernization promoting, how to deal with Chinese traditional culture? How to correctly handle the relationship between inheritance and development? President Xi Jinping put forward the correct Thought Methodology of the treatment of Chinese traditional culture: “Dialectical inheritance, transformation in Creative ways, innovative development and oppose dogmatism and against the historical nihilism, which plays a significant role in helping us to correctly understand and grasp the above questions.

　 中华优秀传统文化是习总书记十八大以来治国理念的重要来源。他多次强调中华传统文化的历史影响和重要意义，赋予其新的时代内涵。

　 第一，在社会主义核心价值观培育和弘扬及国家文化软实力建设中，习近平强调要努力继承中华优秀传统文化。2013 年五四青年节习近平总书记在北京大学师生座谈会上讲：中华优秀传统文化已经成为中华民族的基因，植根在中国人内心，潜移默化影响着中国人的思想和行为方式。培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观必须立足中华优秀传统文化。习近平又指出，提高文化软实力要使中国传统文化与当代文化相适应、与现代社会相协调，以人们喜闻乐见、具有广泛参与性的方式推广开来，把继承传统优秀文化又弘扬时代精神、立足本国又面向世界的当

　代中国文化创新成果传播出去。

　 第二，在经济发展的战略构想中，习近平注重借鉴我国优秀传统文化的积极精神和历史经验。“一带一路”的战略构想借鉴了我国优秀传统文化中开放、进取、合作、共赢的积极精神和历史上对外经济交往的经验。

　第三，在对外交往中，习近平注重运用优秀传统文化的智慧。2014 年 3 月他在联合国教科文组织总部的演讲指出“和而不同”就是中国处理国际关系的基本原则。

　 最后，在全面深化改革和推进社会主义现代化建设的今天，如何对待中国传统文化？怎样正确处理好继承与发展的关系？习近平同志提出关于正确对待中国传统文化的方法论思想：辩证地继承。创造性转化。创新性发展。既要反对教条主义，又要反对历史虚无主义。对于帮助我们正确理解和把握上述问题具有十分重要的意义和作用。
