　 某市深纠“四风”持续转作风动员会讲话稿一篇经市委研究，今天召开全市深入纠“四风”、持续转作风动员会，主要任务是深入贯彻党的十九大精神和习近平总书记关于作风建设的重要指示，全面落实省委、市委加强作风建设的部署要求，对我市深入纠“四风”、持续转作风作出安排，动员全市上下统一思想、转变作风、真抓实干，奋力开创新时代xx经济社会发展新局面。刚才，李思杰同志宣读了《三年行动方案》，临颍县、市城乡规划局、市国土资源局分别作了表态发言。最后，蒿慧杰书记从“为啥转、转什么、怎么转”三个方面，深刻阐述了深入纠“四风”、持续转作风的重大意义、主要任务和基本要求。蒿书记的讲话既充分体现了中央和省委部署，又紧密结合我市实际，具有很强的思想性、指导性、针对性，为我们当前和今后一个时期加强和改进作风建设指明了方向、提供了遵循。全市各级各部门要深刻学习领会，抓好贯彻落实。下面，我再讲四点意见。一要提升站位抓落实。干部的作风，体现着党的形象，关系着人心向背，影响着事业发展。全市各级各部门要认真学习十九大精神和习近平总书记关于进一步纠正“四风”、加强作风建设的重要指示，深刻领会今天会议特别是蒿书记的讲话精神，努力提升政治站位，树牢“四个意识”，切实把思想和行动统一到中央和省委、市委加强作风建设的重大部署上来。二要聚焦重点抓落实。今天会上印发了《三年行动方案》，明确了指导思想、基本原则、重点内容、方法步骤等要求，各级各部门要严格按照市委安排部署，狠抓重点任务，强力推进实施，确保取得实效。要坚持问题导向，紧盯违反中央八项规定及其实施细则的突出问题，紧盯影响经济社会发展和党的建设的突出问题，紧盯群众反映强烈、损害党的形象和政府公信力的突出问题，着重纠正不良风气、大力倡树优良作风。要聚焦重点对象，市四大班子领导要带头，市级领导班子成员要率先示范，以市直及驻漯单位科级以上干部为重点，在全市各级各单位党员干部中同步开展，分级组织实施。要聚焦重点领域，紧密结合干部队伍作风和工作实际，从脱贫攻坚、环保攻坚、经济转型升级、全面深化改革等重点领域抓起，深耕细作、精准发力，推动作风建设取得新成效。三要严格责任抓落实。作风建设关键在人，关键在领导干部，关键在在座的各位。各级党委（党组）要严格落实党建工作责任制，担负起作风建设主体责任，结合自身实际，制定方案，完善制度，明确任务，夯实责任，传导压力。各级各单位主要负责同志要亲自抓、负总责，对作风建设工作要亲自研究、亲自部署、亲自督办。各级各单位既要当好指挥员，又要当好战斗员，一级做给一级看，一级领着一级干。市领导小组办公室要充分发挥作用，定期召开会议，听取进展情况，及时研究解决突出问题，尤其是要抓好“三亮三查三评三强”，推动深入纠“四风”、持续转作风行动扎实有效开展。要强化督查问责，通过暗访督查、随机抽查、交叉检查等多种形式，深入基层一线、职能部门、窗口单位严督实查，发现问题及时督促整改，定期通报情况，对问题多发频发、影响大的单位要严肃追究领导责任。四要统筹兼顾抓落实。要把作风建设与深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的十九大精神相结合，与即将开展的“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育相结合，与推进新时代xx经济社会发展“四三二一”工作布局的推进相结合，与各级各部门工作任务相结合，用作风转变的实际成效促进各项工作的有力落实，确保做到两手抓、两不误、两促进。今年以来，我市经济社会发展态势还不错，前段时间，市委常委会、市政府常务会专题听取了全市一季度经济运行情况和二季度重点经济工作安排，今天下午我们还要对前四个月经济运行情况进行分析，对近期的经济工作进行安排部署。全年已经过了三分之一，时间不等人，各级各部门要以深入纠“四风”、持续转作风为抓手，进一步强化时间观念和效率意识，严格按照全年目标任务的时间节点，对全市重点工作不断进行盘点，对存在问题及时协调对接，突出重点，狠抓落实，确保实现时间、任务“双过半”，确保圆满完成全年各项目标任务。2017-2018人教新目标版七年级英语下学期期末试题带答案注意事项：1. 本试题分为第Ⅰ卷（选择题）和第II卷（非选择题）两部分。共150分。考试用时90分钟。2. 答卷前，考生务必将自己的姓名、准考证号、考试科目涂写在答题卡上。3. 第一卷为选择题，每小题选出答案后，用2B铅笔把答题卡上对应题目的正确答案标号涂黑。如需改动，用橡皮擦干净后，再选涂其他答案。答案写在试卷上无效。4. 考试结束，应将本试题和答题卡一并交回。第I卷（选择题共100分）I.听力测试。（30分）A) 听录音，在每组句子中选出一个你所听到的句子。每个句子听一遍。（7.5分）1.
