循证护理在老年股骨骨折患者围手术期中临床应用:循证护理的临床应用

　　[摘要] 目的 研究循证护理模式用于老年股骨骨折患者的临床效果。方法 对2009年2月-2010年8月我院入院治疗的148例老年股骨骨折患者进行了研究，随机分为两组，对照组采用常规护理模式，实验组采用循证护理模式，比较两组患者前三周内围手术期并发症，比如泌尿系统感染、肺部感染、压疮、心理抑郁和深静脉血栓的发生情况，并进行比较。结果 实验组患者在骨折后三周内围手术期并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 对老年股骨骨折患者，采用循证护理的围手术期护理模式，可以显著的降低并发症的发生，提高治疗效果，具有重要的临床意义。
