　 党务工作者培训心得体会

　 在秋高气爽的八月，我有幸得到学校党支部的选拔和推荐，来到贵阳市委党校，参加了为期一周的第二十三期党务工作人员暨入党积极分子培训。

　 在学习期间，我遵守考勤纪律、专心听讲、研读培训教材、按时完成读书笔记和书面作业、和同学们密切交流，最后顺利通过考试，学有所得。下面细谈自己的心得体会。

　 首先，我认识了共产党作为国家社会唯一执政党的根本性质。xx大党章对党的性质做了全面准确的表述：“中国共产党是中国工人阶级的先锋队，同时是中国人民和中华民族的先锋队，是中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心，代表中国先进生产力的发展要求，代表中国先进文化的前进方向，代表中国最广大人民的根本利益。”这段话从党的阶级性和先进性、党的地位和作用、党的根本宗旨等方面阐述了党的性质。认识党的性质，是通过层层考验进入党组织最初的一步。

　 其次，我学习了党的指导思想：中国共产党以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“xxxx”重要思想作为自己的行动指南。而科学发展观，是同马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“xxxx”重要思想既一脉相承又与时俱进的科学理论，是我国经济社会发展的重要指导方针，是发展中国特色社会主义必须坚持和贯彻的重大战略思想。

　 明确了中国共产党的指导思想，深刻领会科学发展观的基本内涵，认识科学发展观作为我国经济社会发展的重要指导方针，作为发展中国特色社会主义必须坚持和贯彻的重大战略思想的意义，就是在思想上做好进一步确立奋斗目标和承担个人责任的必要准备。

　 接下来，我了解到党的组织纪律：中国共产党之所以是中国唯一的政党，原因在于他有很好的组织性和纪律性，民主集中制是中国共产党的根本组织原则和领导制度。中国共产党不但有严密的组织性，同时也有很强的纪律性，这是党的事业取得胜利的根本保障。党的纪律的内容包括党的政治纪律和组织纪律、党的群众纪律和保密纪律。有了正确的指导思想和严密的组织原则，有了铁一般的纪律，才能保证党能走向最高目标：实现共产主义。

　 在学习过程中，除了书本上的内容，我还通过老师的教学学到了很多与党有关的丰富知识，对党在目前新时期建设进程中遇到的各种问题有了清楚认识。老师实事求是又形象生动的讲解，让我们明白党在前进的道路上并不是一帆风顺，而是充满艰难险阻，但只要更多思想端正、能力过硬的党员形成一个团结向上的集体，一定会有战胜困难后无限光明的未来。

　 同时，我对党的领导下家乡的建设也有了更深入的了解。对于自己所在的贵州省、贵阳市在新的形势下正以什么样的面貌在大力加快着发展，有怎样的良好机遇和激烈挑战，都不再置身事外一无所知。尤其是国发二号文件中的英明战略措施，带动着贵州人民以振奋的精神、十足的干劲为繁荣市场经济、文化、教育而投入战斗。我也深刻认识到，自己作为一名入党积极分子，更要增强自身的荣辱观、责任感，争取在加入中国共产党之前以努力的工作、积极的精神得到组织的认可，做好充分准备。

　 不仅是老师帮助我成长成熟，培训班里的同学们也给了我很多启发和激励。在班主任组织的分组讨论交流会上，我认真听取了同行们的发言，了解到他们在自己平凡而重要的岗位上是怎样端正态度、积极奉献，为党的教育事业做出了什么样的成绩取得了什么样的进步。我也坦诚地跟大家面对面进行交流，说出了自己对党的认识、对于该如何严格要求自己、早日通过党组织的考验作出了细致的剖析，得到大家的认可。

　 我意识到要成为一个条件合格的共产党员，要走的路还很长。之前对于党的认识、入党的意义、应该承担的责任和义务等都理解得都比较肤浅。通过本次学习，我对共产党有了比较全面系统的认识，更加坚定地在内心树立了共产主义信念，决定自己首先要“从思想上入党”，从思想上树立无产阶级世界观、人生观和价值观，树立全心全意为人民服务的信念，不惜牺牲一切，为实现共产主义而奋斗终身。

　 而思想上入党了，还要加以踏实勤奋的行动作为入党的重要条件。有了强大信念的支撑，我会在以下两个方面继续切实努力，真正投身到伟大的共产主义事业中去：

　 一、加强理论武装：认真学习党史、党章和党的一切重要纲领文件，有关经济社会发展的政策法规，了解党在新时期作出的每一次战略部署，以端正的态度、动机参与党的建设事业。
