　 2016年4月21日上午，学校党支部组织我校全体党员在F101召开了“两学一做”学习教育动员大会，并由学校党支部书记成副校长作了重要的讲话。通过党支部的动员会及所布置的学习任务及要求，本人已从即日起认真的重抄了一次新党章，深入学习和详细了解了关于“两学一做”的主要内容和学习的总体要求，也懂得了在新时期党员加强思想政治建设及强化领导干部思想建党的重要性、必要性和紧迫性。本人认为，在“两学一做”的学习教育过程中，必须做到以下三点：

　 一、要做到明明白白“两学一做”的含义及目的 所谓的“两学一做”就是指在新时期党员必须做到学党章党规、学系列讲话，做合格党员。其开展学习教育的目的是为深入学习贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神，推动全面从严治党向基层延伸，巩固拓展党的群众路线教育实践活动和“三严三实”专题教育成果，进一步解决党员队伍在思想、组织、作风、纪律等方面存在的问题，保持发展党的先进性和纯洁性。

　 此外，我们也应该要明白“两学一做”学习教育不仅仅是一次学习活动，我们也要突出正常教育，区分层次，有针对性地解决问题，用心用力，抓细抓实，真正把党的思想政治建设抓在日常、严在经常。

　 二、要真正体会到学习教育的总体要求

　在“两学一做”学习教育过程中，本人认为，要想学习好它，必须理解其学习的总体要求，做到基础在学，关键在做，并要实现4个“进一步”，5个着力解决的问题，5个坚持。

　 要实现4个“进一步”即是进一步坚定理想信念，提高党性觉悟；进一步增强政治意识、大局意识、核心意识、看齐意识，坚定正确政治方向；进一步树立清风正气，严守政治纪律政治规矩；进一步强化宗旨观念，勇于担当作为，在生产、工作、学习和社会生活中起先锋模范作用。

　 着力解决5个问题：着力解决一些党员理想信念模糊动摇的问题；着力解决一些党员党的意识淡化的问题；着力解决一些党员宗旨观念淡薄的问题；着力解决一些党员精神不振的问题；着力解决一些党员道德行为不端的问题。

　 做到“5个坚持”即是：坚持正面教育为主，用科学理论武装头脑；坚持学用结全，知行合一；坚持问题导向，注重实效；坚持领导带头，以上率下；坚持从实际出发，分类指导。

　 三、要明白具体学什么，要求做怎样的党员

　 作为党员，在开展“两学一做”学习教育过程中，也务必深入了解具体的学习内容，特别是在两学中的主要内容。其中，两学包括学党章党规和学系列讲话。在学党章党规中，它要求我们明确基本标准、树立行为规范，逐条逐句通读党章等；认真学习《准则》和《条例》等党内法规等；学习党的历史、革命先辈和先进典型等；要从周永康、薄熙来、徐才厚、郭伯雄、令计划等违纪违法案件中汲取教训，守住

　为人、做事的基准和底线。而学系列讲话则要求我们党员要学习习近平总书记关于改革发展稳定、内政外交国防、治党治国治军的重要思想；学习以习近平同志为总书记的党中央治国理政新理念新思想新战略。学习习近平总书记系列重要讲话要同学习马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观结合起来。要区别普通党员和党员领导干部，确定学习的重点内容。通过学习党章和习总书记系列讲话，深知作为一名普通党员干部也一样要坚持原则。在平常的生活、工作中要做到自重、自省、自警、自励，说实话，办实事。在政治上、思想上、作风上要以党章的规程严格要求自己，永葆一名党员的先进性、纯洁性，做好本职工作，全心全意为群众服务，做一名当下合格的共产党员。

　 而“两学一做”中的“一做”主要是指做一名合格的党员。它要求我们党员要做到“四讲四有”：讲政治、有信念，讲规矩、有纪律，讲道德、有品行，讲奉献、有作为；也要做到5个方面：引导党员强化政治意识，保持政治本色；向党中央看齐，向党的理论和路线方针政策看齐，做政治上的明白人；密切联系群众，全心全意为人民服务； 加强党性锻炼和道德修养，心存敬畏、手握戒尺，廉洁从政、从严治家；保持干事创业、开拓进取的精气神，平常时候看得出来，关键时刻冲得上去。

　 作为党员必须履行的义务是认真学习马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观以及十八大和习总系列讲话精神，学习党的路线、方针、政策和决议，学习科学、文

　化、法律和业务知识，努力提高人民服务的本领。在生产、工作、学习和社会生活中起先锋模范作用。吃苦在前，享受在后，克已奉公，多做贡献，执行党的决定，服从组织分配，积极完成党交给的任务。同时也要求我们每一名党员必须认真学习政治知识和科学文化知识，提高自身的政治水平和文化水平。经常要给自己“输血”、“充电”，用知识来武装自己的头脑，才能发挥自身的作用，服务于人民。在工作中、生活中，不怕苦、不怕累，起到先锋模范作用，做一名合格的共产党员。

　 作为一名教师，也是一名党员，我会在“两学一做”学习中起带头作用，广为宣传，多参与党支部的学习教育活动，提升自己的党性觉悟，为我县的职教事业作出应有的贡献。

　 谈谈我对“ 两学一做”学习教育的认识

　 开展“学党章党规、学系列讲话，做合格党员”学习教育，即“两学一做”，是面向全体党员深化党内教育的重要实践，是推动党内教育从“关键少数”向广大党员拓展的重要举措。既然是经常性的教育，又是面向全体党员的教育，我作为党员就应该必须成为“两学一做”的终身实践者。下来我就对“两学一做”谈谈我的认识和体会：

　 一、做“两学一做”的终身实践者，首先要爱学。“兴趣是最好的老师”，带着兴趣学，带着感情学，学起来才不会枯燥无味，学起来才会得心应手。作为党员，就是要做到心中有党。心中有党，爱的情感，就会刻骨铭心。在学习的过程中，就会全心全意钻进去，深入下去，做到爱不释手，学有体会，学到精髓。爱学，方能长久；爱学，方能“安专迷”；爱学，才不会心生抵触而厌倦；爱学，就要一切清零，放下姿态，字斟句酌，从头再来。“两学一做”，是指导全体党员身体力行的总纲领，我们只有通过深入学习，不断学习，才不会迷失方向而前行有力。

　 二、做“两学一做”的终身实践者，还要善学。善学就是要带着问题学。毛泽东同志曾说，问题就是事物的矛盾。事物在前进的过程中，总会遇到这样或那样的问题。问题产生出来，就要去解决。不解决问题，工作就会迟滞不前。只有解决了问题，一切才能得以发展前进。问题解决不了，就要去学。在学习的过程中，找到方法，找到依据，找到动力，找到支撑点。这样，学习才不会盲目迷茫，学习才会有的放矢。有了强烈的解决问题的责任感，学习，就会成为一种战胜困难的武器。这样才会学有所成，学有所感、学有所得，学有所成。

　 三、做“两学一做”的终身实践者，关键在做。学习是为了行为实践。做合格党员，合格二字，力有千钧。党员区分与普通群众，就是要具有先进性和纯洁性，比普通群众的要求更高、更严格。合格其实也就是另外一种意义的优秀。党员必须让自己优秀起来，才会让普通群众服气和信任，也才会去很好地服务普通群众、引领普通群众。学习是为了提高，提高就是不断地修正自身的缺点和不足。常说，金无足赤，人无完人。党员的提高，就是要去至臻完美，用更好的作风，更好的精神风貌，更好的行为举止，更好的社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德和个人品德，去会作为，好作为，善作为。

　 四、成为“两学一做”的终身实践者的主要措施

　1.围绕专题学习讨论。把个人自学与集中学习结合起来，明确自学要求，引导党员搞好自学。按照“三会一课”制度，党小组要定期组织党员集中学习；不设党小组的，以党支部为单位集中学习。党支部每季度召开一次全体党员会议，每次围绕一个专题组织讨论。学习讨论要紧密结合现实，联系个人思想工作生活实际，看自己在新任务新考验面前，能否坚守共产党人信仰信念宗旨，能否正确处理公与私、义与利、个人与组织、个人与群众的关系，能否努力追求高尚道德、带头践行社会主义核心价值观、保持积极健康生活方式，能否自觉做到党规党纪面前知敬畏守规矩，能否保持良好精神状态、积极为党的事业担当作为。通过学习讨论，真正提高认识，找到差距，明确努力方向。

　 2.创新方式讲党课。讲党课一般在党支部范围内进行。党支部要结合专题学习讨论，对党课内容、时间和方式等作出安排。党员领导干部要在所在党支部讲党课，到农村、社区、企业、学校等基层单位党支部讲党课。组织党校教师、讲师团成员、先进模范到基层一线党支部讲党课。要鼓励和指导基层党组织书记、普通党员联系实际讲党课。注重运用身边事例、现身说法，强化互动交流、答疑释惑，增强党课的吸引力和感染力。“七一”前后，党支部要结合开展纪念建党95周年活动，集中安排一次党课。

　 3.召开党支部专题组织生活会。年底前，党支部召开专题组织生活会。支部班子及其成员对照职能职责，进行党性分析，查摆在思想、组织、作风、纪律等方面存在的问题。要面向党员和群众广泛征求意见，严肃认真开展批评和自我批评，针对突出问题和薄弱环节提出整改措施。组织全体党员对支部班子的工作、作风等进行评议。党小组可参照党支部要求，召开专题组织生活会。

　 4.开展民主评议党员。以党支部为单位召开全体党员会议，组织党员开展民主评议。对照党员标准，按照个人自评、党员互评、民主测评、组织评定的程序，对党员进行评议。党员人数较多的党支部，个人自评和党员互评可分党小组进行。结合民主评议，支部班子成员要与每名党员谈心谈话。党支部综合民主评议情况和党员日常表现，确定评议等次，对优秀党员予以表扬；对有不合格表现的党员，按照党章和党内有关规定，区别不同情况，稳妥慎重给予组织处置。

　 5.立足岗位作贡献。针对不同群体党员实际情况，提出党员发挥作用的具体要求，教育引导党员在任何岗位、任何地方、任何时候、任何情况下都铭记党员身份，积极为党工作。结合不同领域不同行业实际，组织引导党员立足岗位、履职尽责。在农村、社区，重点落实党员设岗定责和承诺践诺制度；在国有企业和

　非公有制企业、社会组织，重点落实党员示范岗和党员责任区制度；在窗口单位和服务行业，重点落实党员挂牌上岗、亮明身份制度；在机关事业单位，促进党员模范履行岗位职责，落实党员到社区报到、直接联系服务群众制度；在学校，重点要求党员增强党的意识，自觉爱党护党为党，敬业修德，奉献社会。在纪念建党95周年活动中，评选表彰优秀共产党员、优秀党务工作者、先进基层党组织。

　 终身实践“两学一做”，应成为全体党员的自觉行为。只有我们党员都去终身学习，终身实践，从自我做起，始终保持干事创业、开拓进取的精气神，才会成为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中流砥柱。

　 为深入学习贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神，推动全面从严治党向基层延伸，巩固拓展党的群众路线教育实践活动和“三严三实”专题教育成果，进一步解决党员队伍在思想、组织、作风、纪律等方面存在的问题，保持发展党的先进性和纯洁性，中共中央办公厅于2016年2月印发了《关于在全体党员中开展“学党章党规、学系列讲话，做合格党员”学习教育方案》，并发出通知，要求各地区各部门认真贯彻执行。开展“两学一做”学习教育是面向全体党员深化党内教育的重要实践，是推动党内教育从“关键少数”向广大党员拓展、从集中性教育向经常性教育延伸的重要举措。

　 “两学一做”的学习内容包括三个方面。一是学习党章党规。党章党规代表了党的指导思想和前进方向。通过认真学习党章及《中国共产党廉洁自律准则》、《中国共产党纪律处分条例》等党内法规，可使广大党员牢记党的优良传统和作风，树立崇高道德追求，养成纪律自觉，守住为人、做事的基准和底线。二是学习系列讲话。以习近平总书记为代表的党和国家领导人的系列讲话反映了党中央治国理政的新理念、新思想和新战略，包含了关于改革发展稳定、内政外交国防、治党治国治军的重要思想。党员同志通过深入学习系列重要讲话的丰富内涵和核心要义，可深入领会贯穿其中的马克思主义立场观点方法，深刻理解党的科学理论既一脉相承又与时俱进的内在联系，坚定中国特色社会主义道路自信、理论自信、制度自信。三是做合格党员。中国共产党是中国工人阶级的先锋队，同时是中国人民和中华民族的先锋队。党员同志应时刻体现党的先进性，着眼党和国家事业的新发展对党员的新要求，坚持以知促行，做讲政治、有信念，讲规矩、有纪律，讲道德、有品行，讲奉献、有作为的合格党员。

　 作为一名即将走向社会的研究生预备党员，通过认真学习《中国共产党党章》和习近平总书记的系列讲话，我对党章和新时期下中国的前进路线有了更深刻的认识，对共产党的性质，理想目标，指导思想，基本要求，党员义务权益有了更深一层次的理解，在我政治理论上有了一次更加深刻的基础知识教育，从而也巩固了自己对共产党员宗旨的崇高信仰，使我对自己即将开始的职业生涯有了更加完善的规划。

　 作为一名共产党员，认真学习马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观以及十八大和习总系列讲话精神，学习党的路线、方针、政策和决议，学习科学、文化、法律和业务知识，努力提高为人民服务的本领是必须履行的义务。共产党员在生产、工作、学习和社会生活中要时刻起先锋模范作用。吃苦在前，享受在后，克已奉公，多做贡献，执行党的决定，服从组织分配，积极完成党交给的任务。在党的英明领导及全国各族人民的努力下，我国物质文明建设已初建成效，精神文明不断发展。中国共产党要领导全国各族人民实现社会主义现代化目标，全面建成小康社会，就必须紧密围绕党的基本路线，加强党的执政能力建设、先进性和纯洁性建设。新党章增加了纯洁性建设，纯洁性建设是先进性建设的前提和基础，要保持党的先进性，在思想层面必须具有纯洁性，没有思想的清白，就不可能有作风上的廉洁，要从自省上提高自身修养。我们应该认真学习党内法规，学习党的历史，学习革命先辈和先进典型，从周永康、薄熙来、徐才厚、郭伯雄、令计划等违纪违法案件中汲取教训，肃清恶劣影响，发挥正面典型的激励作用和反面典型的警示作用，永葆一名党员的先进性、纯洁性，做好本职工作，全心全意为群众服务，做一名合格的共产党员。

　 “非学无以广才”，中国共产党是一个学习型政党，而此次学习的内容则针对性非常强：学党章党规，是“不忘初心”，让全体党员重温党章党规，对党内规则增进了解和敬畏；而学习习近平总书记系列讲话，则是新形势下团结全党的需求。从一个政党的角度来说，读领导人的书，学习领导人的讲话，是统合全党思想、团结一致前进的必然要求。“上下同欲者胜”，在改革攻坚任务巨大的今天，如果思想不统一，很多事情是做不成的。习近平的讲话也有其丰富性：既有对全党改革目标的宏观描述，也有对每一个党员提出的要求；既有依法治国的原则体现，也有提升治理能力和治理体系现代化的具体要求。学习习近平总书记的系列讲话，使我深知作为一名普通党员干部也一样要坚持原则。在平常的生活、工作中要做到自重、自省、自警、自励，说实话，办实事。在政治上、思想上、作风上要以党章的规程严格要求自己。习总书系列讲话第四章中强调“实现实实在在没有水分的增长”。作为一名科研战线基层共产党员，应牢牢狠记这句话，应 “勇”字当头啃硬骨头，“先”字在手先行先试，“责”字在肩积极作为。要永葆清正廉洁，遵守纪律不走样，严守统计制度不含糊，严把数据质量关，为科学发展提供真实可

　靠的依据。

　 当前我国正处于全面深化改革的关键时期，已经明确的改革发展目标能否落到实处、取得实效，关键要看党员干部如何作为。随着“三严三实”主题教育的深入开展，广大党员干部只有敢于担当，勇于作为，聚集务实高效、干事创业的正能量，以一种等不起、慢不得、坐不住的激情和干劲，珍惜组织赋予自己的干事创业的平台，才能切实增强夯实基层、推动发展、后发赶超的责任使命，才能创造经得起历史和人民检验的实绩。习近平总书记提出全面建成小康社会、全面深化改革、全面依法治国、全面从严治党的“四个全面”战略布局。实现“四个全面”需要广大党员紧密团结在以习近平同志为总书记的党中央周围，进一步增强政治意识、大局意识、核心意识、看齐意识，坚定正确政治方向，着眼党和国家事业的新发展对党员的新要求，坚持以知促行，做讲政治、有信念，讲规矩、有纪律，讲道德、有品行，讲奉献、有作为的合格党员。选择成为一名共产党员，就是选择了勤勉和奋斗，就是选择了磨练与艰苦，同时也就选择了希望与收获、练达与成熟。共产党员永远是劳动人民的普通一员，应当密切联系群众，全心全意为人民服务；应当加强党性锻炼和道德修养，心存敬畏、手握戒尺，廉洁从政、从严治家，筑牢拒腐防变的防线；应当始终保持干事创业、开拓进取的精气神，平常时候看得出来，关键时刻冲得上去，在“十三五”规划开局起步、决胜全面建成小康社会、实现第一个百年奋斗目标中奋发有为、建功立业。

　 近日，中央办公厅印发《关于在全体党员中开展'学党章党规、学系列讲话，做合格党员'学习教育方案》并发出通知，对'两学一做'学习教育作出安排。这是新形势下加强党的思想政治建设的一项重大部署。

　 '全心全意为人民服务'是中国共产党的宗旨，也是每个共产党人的崇高理想；'全心全意为人民服务',是正确认识和把握人类历史发展规律的结果，也是区别于其他政党的显著标志；'全心全意为人民服务',是中国共产党能够深得民心的根本。然而现实中有共产党员'走着走着就迷失自己，迷失了方向','两学一做'就是为'迷路的孩子'指明方向，找到'归家的路'.

　 学习'党章党规'目的是唤醒迷途党员的'党性',激活入党'初心'.和平发展的年代里，改革开放的大潮中，有党员能够在经济建设中'独当一面',成为经济建设的'红旗手',却经受不住'糖衣炮弹'的诱惑，看见别人'吃香喝辣'嘴馋了，看见别人'富丽堂皇'眼花了，于是在'觥筹交错'中、在'金光灿烂'中迷失了自己，甚至忘记了自己的党员身份，官商勾结、权钱交易、徇私舞弊，甚至贪赃枉法。学习'党章党规'就是唤醒他们的'党性',忆起'拥护党的纲领，遵守党的章程，履行党员义务，执行党的决定，严守党的纪律，保守党的秘密，对党忠诚，积极工作，为共产主义奋斗终身'等入党誓词，让党性的热血沸腾。《中国共产党廉洁自律准则》《中国共产党纪律处分条例》等党内法规就像是'教鞭',轻轻敲醒'孩子'迷茫的大脑，唤醒他们'儿时'的记忆。

　 学习'系列讲话',是迷途党员的'指南针',为迷途的党员指引'回家的路'.目前中国经济正处于重大转型期，处在'爬坡上坎换挡期'.重新学习'党的>群众路线教育实践活动''三严三实''四个全面'等一系列讲话，才能坚定中国特色社会主义道路自信、理论自信、制度自信。学习'系列讲话'才能为这些迷失了方向的党员拨开'思想雾霾',找到'回家的路'.

　 理论联系实际，学做结合，'做合格党员'.学习'党章党规'为做一个合格的党员做好了思想准备，打下了理论基础，接下来就要对照'党章党规、系列讲话'严于律己，全面要求自己，能做事，会做事，敢做事，做好事，真做事，做真事。既成事有谋，又谋事有略。

　 见贤思齐争做优秀的共产党员。烧炭的张思德是优秀的共产党员，因为他在平凡的岗位上用生命诠释了'全心全意为人民',焦裕禄、孔繁森、杨善洲们是优秀的共产党员，因为他们做了人民的'好公仆',李培斌是优秀的共产党员，因为他'调解家长里短、鸡毛蒜皮的纠纷'做好了'金牌调解员'……不忘全心全意为人民的初心，不忘入党誓词，这是中国共产党员的思想根基，'两学一做'是加固这一根基，让迷失了方向的党的孩子'迷途知返'.在党的大家庭里的孩子更需要向先辈学习，不仅要明白'我是谁、为了谁、依靠谁',而且要在平凡的工作岗位上争做一名'优秀的共产党员'.

　 两学一做心得体会

　 人心向背，从来关系党的生死存亡。历史早已证明，群众路线是我们党的生命线和根本工作路线。近年来，全国上下通过多种形式开展党内教育夯实践行群众路线的思想基础，然而效果却参差不齐。不少贴近实际、富有实效的教育能让党员干部深刻反思、认真剖析，切实改进作风；而有的看似轰轰烈烈、有声有色，实则虚张声势且缺乏实际效果，往往沦为了'花架子'.问题的根源就在于，学习教育到底是'走形式',还是'走心'.

　眼下，一项旨在严肃党内教育、严格党内生活的'重大政治任务'——'两学一做'学习教育即将在全党深入开展，8000多万党员正在迎来一场新的时代大考。在全体党员中开展'学党章党规、学系列讲话，做合格党员'学习教育，就是要推动党内教育从'关键少数'向广大党员拓展、从集中性教育向经常性教育延伸，把全面从严治党要求落实到每个支部、落实到每名党员，使全党同志牢记并恪守全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨，以优良作风把人民群众紧紧凝聚在一起，为决胜全面建成小康社会、实现第一个百年奋斗目标而努力拼搏。

　 严肃党内教育、严格党内生活，是解决党内突出问题、加强党员干部作风建设的重要措施。总结历次党内教育的经验，抓出实效、坚持长效，并不容易。正因如此，中央发出通知，要求开展'两学一做'学习教育，并围绕总体要求、教育内容、主要措施等方方面面做出具体安排部署，着力解决党员队伍在思想、组织、作风、纪律等方面存在的问题，凸显了鲜明的针对性和可行性。那么，如何扎实开展'两学一做'学习教育，切实做到不虚、不空、不偏？关键在于'走心',要拧紧'总开关'、找准'切入点',杜绝步入'空对空'、'一刀切'、 '两张皮'的误区。

　 要拧紧思想认识的'总开关'.只有思想到位，才能行动自觉。站在新的历史起点上，党员干部工作作风、理论水平有待进一步提高，这就需要集中一定的时间、精力来开展学习教育，达到教育党员、提高能力、正风肃纪的目的。开展'两学一做',必须首先摒弃模糊认识，扫清思想弊端，打牢理论根基，充分认识开展学习教育的必要性和紧迫性，使'两学一做'深深扎根于广大党员干部心中，真正落实到行动上，以良好的精神状态确保学习教育不虚、不空、不偏、不走过场。

　 要找准学习教育的'切入点'.只有找对方式，才能取得实效。对于党内教育，现在主要问题是有的教育'接地气'不够、联系实际不紧，说不到党员干部心坎里，激不起思想共鸣。开展'两学一做',必须找准学习教育的切入点， 坚持学习与工作紧密结合，两手抓、两促进，真正把党的思想政治建设抓在日常、严在经常，在统一思想、凝聚人心、调动积极性上下功夫，多一些集中学习、多一些讨论交流、多一些有效载体，以各种基层党员干部易于接受、贴近心声的方式，使学习教育的各项工作更接地气、富有生气、收到实效。

　 近日，中国共产党中央办公厅印发了《关于在全体党员中开展'学党章党规、学系列讲话，做合格党员'学习教育方案》。继党的群众路线教育实践活动和'三严三实'专题教育之后，中央紧锣密鼓部署'两学一做'学习教育，强调基础是学，关键在做，就是要进一步解决党员队伍在思想、组织、作风、纪律等方面存在的问题，着力建设一支具有铁一般信仰、铁一般信念、铁一般纪律、铁一般担当的党员队伍。
