　严格执行“两公开、一监督”制度。我们始终以保障村民的利益为目标，每年 3 月 15 日和 7 月 15 日进行村务公开，接受党员群众的监督。村里小事由两委班子商量后说了算，大事都要通过两议会决策，实施。

　XX 年，我村是新农村省级重点推进村，又被市政府列为城中

　村。回顾过去一年的工作，在街道办事处党工委的正确领导下，在两委班子的共同努力和广大党员代表的大力支持下，我们顺利的完成了街道下达的各项任务，并做了以下工作。如：如 3 月 19 日，为整治高速路两侧环境，50 米以内建筑拆迁。共计拆迁面积 16000 多平米。5 月 1 日拆迁硅厂，为办事处解决了多年以来的难题。7 月份，高速路两侧 5 米内拆迁，共拆迁 3000 多平米。这 3 件事，引起了一些不稳定因素，我们做了大量深入细致的工作，稳定了村民情绪。拆迁资金正在积极落实当中，尽量使村民的利益损失最小化。

　根据新农村建设的要求，“四化四改”是新农村建设必须完成的任务。硬化大街小巷公里，总投资 50 余万元，告别了雨后泥泞不堪、坑洼不平的土路。绿化栽树 2500 株，总投资近 4 万元。改建小学公厕，基础工程已基本完成，预计 08年可以投入正常使用。改造饮用水工程，总投资 120 余万元，通过省、市、区验收，并通过权威部门检测，水质达标。使村民告别了高氟水对人体的危害，为老百姓办了一些实事。

　3 月份，我村被划入城中村以后，在建工程全部暂停。我们遵照市政府的指示，积极办理各项手续。控制性规划正待市长会通过，详规也在同步进行。长盛苑小区建的 3 栋回迁楼，在城中村叫停的形势下，耽误了工期。但是在街道有关部门的大力支持下，手续基本已完善，主体完工，08 年可以入住，解决了村民居住环境差的问题。

　我们村注重精神文明建设，每年春节、元宵节汇演都积极参加。而且组建的锣鼓队，远近闻名。在三八、五四、七一、八一等节日都踊跃参加，受到了街道办事处领导的好评。
