　 20**年4月中旬，全县“关爱明天、普法先行”—青少年普法教育活动启动仪式在z镇中心中学举行，标志着我县青少年普法教育活动正式拉开帷幕。我镇积极响应，成立领导小组、制定实施方案，在全镇各小学开展此项活动。经过努力，一学期来取得了较好的成绩，现将本学期青少年普法教育活动总结如下：

　 一、成立领导小组

　 县启动仪式后，镇教委立即成立了青少年普法教育领导小组，镇教委主任孙仕满任组长，糜玉启任副组长，刘庆宝、张峰、周敬岩、孙成俊、孙成岱、张春雷、孙运盛为成员。

　 二、制定实施方案

　 领导小组认真学习中共z县委办公室下发的《关于印发z县“关爱明天、普法先行”——青少年普法教育活动实施方案的通知》办字[20**]30号文精神，根据精神要求结合我镇实际制定了《Z镇教委“关爱明天、普法先行”—青少年普法教育活动实施方案》，并组织实施。

　 三、认真组织实施，注重教育实效

　 1、镇教委举行了由全镇小学教干参加的Z镇小学青少年普法教育活动启动仪式，部署安排青少年普法教育活动，制定制度，强化措施，把普法教育活动成效纳入学校量化考核指标中，着力推进青少年普法教育活动。

　 2、各校成立了以校长为组长的领导小组，参照县镇实施方案制定本学校的实施方案。召开校会，宣传发动全体学生，积极参加普法教育活动，明确活动的意义和重要性，并在校会上举行了“文明上网，远离网瘾”集体签名活动。同时各校开展了给家长的一封信活动，把普法教育活动的重要意义、文明上网、远离网瘾等告知家长，形成了家校联手，共同教育的新局面。

　 3、积极开展形式多样的普法教育活动。

　 ①组织学生观看普法教育影片和普法教育DVD教材，让学生身临其境，感受法律的尊严和知法守法的重要性。组织学生每月定期出一期法制宣传板报，使学生感知法律就在身边。

　 ②邀请离退休老干部、老战士、老专家、老教师和老模范到校讲课，发挥了“五老”在青少年普法教育中的积极作用。加强对青少年普法教育的宣传教育力度，使社会各界都来关注和参与青少年普法教育活动。

　 ③组织开展法制教育培训。学校根据普法教育活动开展的进度和情况，组织班主任参加校本法制教育培训。经过学习，各班主任很好的掌握了部分法律知识，对学生的教育能力也有了很大的提高。

　 ④开展法制教育主题班会，各班每两周定期开展法制主题班会课，利用这种形式进行法制教育、法制交流等活动。学校同时利用每周一升国旗活动，开展法制教育活动。

　 ⑤开展各种体验教育活动。组织参加活动的学生在掌握基础法律常识的基础上开展多种形式体验教育活动：有的学校举办了“法律在我心中”演讲比赛；或是举行了一次征文比赛等。通过体验活动，学生进一步提高了法律观念，增强了法制意识。

　 ⑥组织开展了清理黑网吧活动。在镇政府的组织领导下，对学校周边环境进行了摸排，对个别学校周边存在的黑网吧进行了取缔。这一活动为学校周边的环境净化起了很好的作用。

　 一学期来，我镇各小学开展了多种丰富多彩的普法教育活动，卓有成效，成绩斐然。同时在普法教育活动中也有很多的思考，如：教育活动仍存在重法律知识的传授，而忽视了利用法制教育案例教育，使教育缺乏了生动性、趣味性，致使部分学生置身枯燥的接受，效果欠佳的情况。在下半年，将转变一些教育方式，多利用多媒体手段，让学生在活动中感受普法教育的重要性、必要性。
