　 抓好五个环节推进干部廉洁自律、勤政廉政工作

　为认真贯彻党的十六大精神和胡锦涛总书记在中央纪委第二次全会上的重要讲话精神，落实局党委今年廉政工作的各项任务，我所坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，进一步加强廉政建设和反腐败工作，提出今年工作重点是围绕廉洁自律、廉政勤政抓好“思路、形象、用人、责任、教育”五个环节：

　１、理清思路，用共同目标凝聚人

　思路是一种创造性的脑力劳动。实践经验告诉我们，思路就是效益，思路就是出路。新的发展思路来源于新的思想解放，要让人看得见，摸得着，体现出党员干部廉政、勤政的精神风貌。工作中，全所党员干部思想正不断解放，认识不断统一，人气不断理顺，人心不断凝聚，党风、政风、行风和干部风气不断好转，使全所的发展有了一个很好的思想基础，展现了一个崭新的精神面貌，形成了一个声音喊到底，一件事情干到底，一有歪风查到底的良好局面。特别是党员干部增强了四个方面的意识。一是服务意识。二是垂范意识。三是执法意识。四是质量意识。“各项工作高起点，团结拼搏创效益”成为全所党员、干部的自觉要求。

　２、提高领导水平，用良好形象感召人
