　 二、存在问题的原因

　 2、业务水平不高。没有深刻意识到业务水平的高低对工作效率和质量起决定性作用，业务钻研不够，水平有待提高，必需要对业务钻研，而自己在业务方面存有依赖性，认为领导会有指示，我不用先急着干，害怕自己先做做不好。而且自己尚未有一整套学习业务知识的计划，故在开展工作中有时比较盲目，缺乏一定自信。

　 3、工作方法简单。只安于表面，把自己份内的事做好就可以了，处理事情方法比较简单，没有创新精神，工作作风还不够扎实，对问题不作深层次的分析，思考不深刻，有时把工作作为负担，未注意到工作方法的完善会给自己的工作带来动力。

　 三、整改措施
