　　一、 努力提高教师的思想素质和业务素质，建设一支优秀的教师队伍。

　　1、不断加强理论学习，提高教工师德水平;工会配合学校坚持以法治教、以法治校。组织广大教师学习了《劳动合同法》、《教师法》、《教育法》等法律知识，回顾了06年度修订的《校师德考核细则》及《教学业务考核细则》，加强了教师们的法制意识。

　　二、坚持校务公开，加强行风建设，发挥工会的监督功能。
