　 Although earthquakes can not be avoided, once you have some skills,  the damage from the disaster can be reduced to the lowest .

　 1. Do not be anxious 

　 On the average,there are only 12 seconds when people feel the vibration from the devastating earthquake till it destroyed the building , and in this short period of time , do not panic, and you should be made promptly to ensure the safety of choices according to their environment. If you live in a cottage, then you can quickly ran out. If you live in the building below, do not jump,  turn off the gates immediately, turn off the gas, take shelter in a small span to toilets and other places.

　2. Find a hideout

　 Crowded places as schools, shops, theaters and other such as an earthquake, very sensitive to panic, you shouldy hiding under the table. desks, chairs or sturdy items  immediately. Teachers and other staff must calmly directing people to the safe place .

　3. Away from the danger zone

　In case of an earthquake on the streets, use your  hand  cover your head, get away from  buildings  rapidly,get to the middle of the street area. As in the outskirts of an earthquake, we should pay attention away from the cliff, steep slopes, river banks and high-voltage lines and so on.  Running  cars and trains shouls be stopped immediately .

　4.  Save energy when buried

　If you are buried in the earthquake  unfortunately,  try to stay calm and try to help yourselves. When you are unable to escape,  save energy, try to find food and water, creating conditions for survival,  waiting for rescuers patiently.

　If the phone can not get through, so do not rush to repeatedly call the phone to avoid the battery runs out, try to use the micro-blog and other ways,  leave your  prominent position in key information, such as location details,  injured or not ,  publish the relevant topic in the micro-bog as far as possible
