 两级人人民检察院领导班子、班班子成员及市院各内设机机构负责人。

 二、考评评内容

 1、落实党风廉廉政建设责任制情况。重重点检查领导班子及其成成员和各职能部门在党风风廉政建设和反腐败工作作中履行职责情况;对本本部门和单位执行党风廉廉政建设责任制开展检查查考核情况;对违反党风风廉政建设责任制有关规规定的领导干部实行责任任追究情况。

 2、贯彻彻落实中央关于《建立健健全教育、制度、监督并并重的惩治和预防腐败体体系实施纲要》情况。重重点检查落实责任分工和和今年廉政建设工作目标标的完成情况。

 3、贯贯彻执行领导干部廉洁自自律有关规定情况。重点点检查以下规定的贯彻执执行情况:(1)不准违违反规定收送现金、有价价证券和支付凭证。(22)不准“跑官要官”。。(3)不准借婚丧嫁娶娶之机收钱敛财。(4))不准参与赌博。(5))不准违反规定超标准配配备小汽车。(6)不准准公款旅游。(7)狠刹刹公款大吃大喝歪风。

 1、对领导班子考评

 100分,,其中年终考评100分分折60分,民主测评1100分折40分。年终终考评由市院党风廉政建建设责任制工作领导小组组组织实施,并确定分数数;民主测评按测评结果果计分;日常考评由市院院纪检组根据各县(市))区院和本院各部门工作作情况,在总得分的基础础上确定加减分。

 100分,以民主测测评结果计分。市院考评评领导小组根据平时掌握握的情况,在每名领导干干部廉洁自律测评总得分分的基础上确定加减分。。对内设机构负责人的考考评,主要考核其党风廉廉政责任制实施办法中规规定的责任任务完成情况况。

 四、加减分的确确定

 (一)加分项目及及标准

 在党风廉政建设设工作方面受到中央、省省、市表彰,或在市以上上会议介绍经验的每件分分别加10分、5分、33分;中央、省、市级新新闻媒体播(刊)发或信信息刊发的每篇分别加55分、3分、1分(刊发发相同内容取最高分,不不重复计分)。
