　XXX年度，我校工会在市教育工工会及学校党支部的领导下，，高举邓小平建设有中国特色色的社会主义理论的伟大旗帜帜，深入学习、贯彻***总总书记“XX”讲话的精神，，深入学习《中共中央国务院院关于深化教育改革，全面推推进素质教育的决定》，坚持持以法治会，加强自身管理体体系的建设，全面提高教代会会质量，配合学校行政继续走走产业化办学的道路，组织全全校教职工团结进取、奋力开开拓，加强学校的物质文明建建设和精神文明建设，为学校校2000年继续评为“南通通市模范学校”、“南通市德德育工作先进学校”、“南通通市依法治市工作先进学校””作出了应有的贡献，我校工工会20000年工会工作总结

　.努努力提高教师的思想素质和业业务素质，建设一支优秀的教教师队伍。

　 ((1)不断加强理论学习，提提高教工师德水平。

　首先，我们加强了政治理理论的学习，让教师树立正确确的人生观、职业观。良好的的品德、正确的价值观不是靠靠空泛的说教形成的，它缘于于人对人生、对理想、对社会会的正确认识，只有在提高教教师政治理论水平的基础上，，才能将师德工作落在实处。。我们工会积极配合党支部坚坚持组织教工学习党的基础知知识、邓小平文选，学习马克克思的辩证唯物论，将党的政政策、路线教育与教育教学实实践结合起来，在提高教师政政治觉悟的基础上，开展行之之有效的师德教育。

　其次，，加强了法制学习。在师德教教育中，我们坚持以法治教，，以法治校。今年工会组织教教师学习了《教师法》、《教教育法》、《未成年人保护法法》、《预防未成年人犯罪法法》等与教育教学相关的法律律知识，通过知识竞赛、演讲讲比赛、考试等各种形式检测测、巩固这些知识，提醒教师师时刻记住要遵纪守法。在学学法的基础上，工会协助考核核组制订《教师管理条例》、、《班主任管理条例》等各项项规章制度，对师德提出了明明确的要求，成为教师约束自自己行为，提高师德水平的保保障。

　同时，工会将“爱生生敬业”活动与学陶活动结合合起来，成立了一职中“陶行行知研究学会”，学习陶行知知的“奉献”、“求真”、““创造”等教育思想，以陶为为师，塑造和完善教师自身的的人格，进一步加强了陶行知知教育思想的理论研究和教学学实践，取得了良好效果。在在这一系列活动中，丁邦美、、金亦兵、金锦云、许森等一一大批优秀的新老班主任脱颖颖而出，他们敬业爱生的佳话话在学生中广为流传，教师的的整体素质有了很大的提高。。在今年11月如皋市教育系系统德育建设研讨会上，工会会主席朱加林同志向全市四十十多所学校的领导和工会主席席作了《加强师德教育，创建建文明学校》的

　 (2)坚持实施“青蓝工工程”，促进青年教师迅速成成长。

　首先先，工会配合学校行政继续实实施“青蓝工程”。采用“老老帮青”的方法，让经验丰富富的老教师与羽翼未丰的新教教师结成对子。针对我校青年年教师占80%的情况，工会会让已经过关、表现突出的教教师与刚走上工作岗位的教师师结成对子，签订师徒合同，，规定三年为一周期，每年确确定一个目标，要求师徒共同同进步。

　由于长年坚持“青青蓝工程”，我校年轻教师成成长很快。韩克山、丁海梅、、丁建兵、杨柳玉、杜银娟等等近二十位年轻教师迅速成长长为业务骨干。他们有的在高高复班担任重担，教学成绩突突出，今年，高复班高考成绩绩喜人，123人参考，全部部录取，其中本科录取27人人;;;有的专业成绩突出，成为南南通市职业学校学科带头人。。在市“青蓝工程”工作研讨讨会上，我校朱加林校长关于于“青蓝工程”的工作总结报报告《雏凤清于老凤声》受到到了与会代表的高度赞扬。

　二.坚持校务公开，，加强行风建设，发挥工会的的监督功能。

　1.实施民主管管理。

　2.坚持校务公公开。

　21大项内容，向全校教职职工全面公面学校党建、财务务、基建 、职评、评先、考考核、福利、教学、实训、政政教、培训、后勤等整个工作作情况，公布资料140份。。同时分别召开三次座谈会，，倾 听全校师生对学校工作作的意见和建设。设立学校校校长意见箱，布置学校“校务务公开”公布栏。今年，我校校“校务公开”已办到第六期期，受到老师的好评。校务公公开使教职工对,加强了学校的民主主建设和廉政建设。

　3.参参与学校的决策。
