　 尊敬的家长：

　 大家上午好!我是西区中心幼儿园的梁老师，这位是朱老师。首先感谢各位家长在百忙中抽时间来参加我们的会议，我仅代表我们班的老师和阿姨对各位家长的到来表示热烈的欢迎和深深的感谢。

　 本班的孩子大部分是原来小小b班升上的，只有三个插班生，开学后，幼儿的情绪很快稳定了，没有什么哭闹的现象。我们小班开设的课程有蒙氏数学、多元整合、洪恩英语、字宝宝乐园等课程。升到小班后，小朋友的确进步不少，无论在自理能力方面，每一位孩子都能独立进餐，自觉入厕，有的还学会叠被子，能帮老师、阿姨做些小劳动，如擦桌子、收拾整理课室的物品、起椅子等，孩子们的学习兴趣也变得更浓厚了。开学到现在已有一段时间，大部分的孩子都积极发言，大胆的表现自己。接下来我来说一说这学期学需要家长配合的工作：

　 、多给孩子锻炼的机会、多让幼儿做些力所能及的事：如穿脱鞋子、穿脱衣服，自己玩过的玩具自己收拾，并养成独立进餐的习惯。

　 、制定一个良好的作息时间，不要睡得太晚，要给孩子按时上学都行，甚至迟到也不当做一回事,或者不上学也无所谓吧!如果有家长这样认为的话，那么我就第一个否决你的想法。俗话也说：习惯成自然吗，孩子从小就养成不按时上学的坏习惯，顺其自然的改不了，所以我建议家长一定要培养孩子养成早睡早起的良好习惯。

　 、希望家长多给我们反馈孩子在家的情况表现，多与我们老师沟通。课本上的功课请家长一定辅导幼儿完成，并签上家长签名，教育幼儿爱惜书本、不乱写乱画收拾好、整理好自己的书包。

　 、如有特殊情况需要请假不上幼儿园的，请家长在早上九点前打个电话后发条短信告诉我们。

　 其实在今天我有一个问题特别想与家长那个沟通的，就是家长总问孩子今天在幼儿园学了什么?吃了什么?可孩子总不愿答或是回答不出来。那么家长们就认为幼儿园里什么都不教。在这里我想说明白一下，还自己东西的方式不是刻意的，有时候孩子最害怕回答开放式的问题，什么是开放式问题呢?我来举个例子：宝宝请你介绍一下你自己!那么孩子会介绍吗?会明白怎样介绍吗?那我换个封闭式的问法：宝宝你叫什么名字?你今年几岁?在那间幼儿园上学?你读什么班?那孩子就容易回答多了，所以家长问孩子问题时，就要先了解孩子在幼儿园学了什么?然后再用引导的方式、选择的方式去问孩子，那孩子就比较容易明白点。

　 我们小班的孩子本身年龄较小，注意力难以集中接受能力较弱，用老的教学方法，孩子一学期以来，最多也只认识30多个字，而且换很容易忘记，针对这些情况以及家长和我们老师困惑。我们全园经过讨论，引进了魔法玩字课程，实验教学3周，我们每天用半小时共用15小时学了六家无色、笔画宝宝、孩子也掌握了很多字。通过每周两次的小作业汇报，让家长知道孩子的学习变化。

　 孩子试学了魔法玩字后，能掌握这么多字，更难得是从前孩子们上识字课的时候总溜号，注意力分散很难集中，自采用了魔法玩字教学方法后，我不再费力气组织课堂纪律了，孩子们对这样的识字课程有着浓厚的兴趣，注意力也能坚特20——30分钟，原来上课总调皮捣蛋的孩子们本身对这样的学习方式特别喜欢，他理解原来学习是玩，其实我们只是让孩子有意识，有目的的玩，让孩子在玩的过程中培养出孩子主动学习的能力，这对孩子以后的发展有着很大的帮助。

　 我们负责带我们小b 班的魔法玩字课。这么长时间以来，我在教学过程中，切实感到一个好的方法的确是不一样，对于提高孩子学习效率有很大的帮助，也发现效果相当不错，刚才的展示课相信家长都看到了。

　 就如我们班冯锐熙小朋友吧，平时上课喜欢与隔壁同伴讲话，开小差、动来动去的注意力不集中，在我试教魔法玩字的课程第一节课他就被吸引了，一节课下来30分钟，能认真的去听，并能积极的配合老师，根据上课的步骤自己动手去拼字，有的小朋友不会的，他还主动、去帮助别的小朋友。这个孩子的动手能力比以前进步了很多，看到他的进步我的心里甜甜的。

　 苏雅博小朋友是一个文静胆小的小女孩，以前从不会主动举手回答老师的问题，有一次我在上魔法玩字成语接龙的哪个环节，他竟然一点也不害羞睇举起了小手跟着老师拍起小手“一刻千金、、、、、、、、、、听着她那小小的声音，而又有节怕的朗读时，看到这一幕我真的很感动，一个从来不举手发言的小女孩能够大胆地表现自己，他让我感到从来末有过的自豪。

　 我们班林展毅小朋友的表现也是相当不错的，他性格有点 强但是他聪明接受能力非常强的一个小男孩，总喜欢别人表扬他，自己学到的知识喜欢在同伴面前表现自己，直到学习魔法玩字时，我们老师去他家里家访，我们如实的把孩子在园里的表现告知家长说：孩子进进步得很快，成语接龙都能说20多个啦!孩子的爸爸也感动的夸孩子棒!她的接受能力强，就连学过的汉字，都能一一掌握，加上魔法玩字简直是锦上添花。

　 班上除了他们几个以外，邓恩璇、林民赫、刘绮桦、林泽源、廖婉因、张雅琪、李建城、梁钎华、王陶然、余静，等小朋友进步都很明显，这门课程代替了传充识字方法之后，给孩子们带来了太多的变化，让我惊喜之余，感受到为人师表的快乐和骄傲。

　 我说了这么多也希望家长能说说自己的感受，我们大家一起分享分享孩子的成长吧!谁来说说、、、、、、谢谢!!!

　 听了家长们的发言，我很感动没想到我们的家长平时工作这么忙，还对孩子的教育这么关注，我真心的替各位宝宝谢谢家长!其实家长的心我也能够理解，我们要对宝宝更好，不是说给宝宝买更多的新衣服、买更好吃的零食，重要的是给孩子早期的教育培养孩子们的学习兴趣让他们掌握科学地方法和良好的思维习惯。增加他们的自信心，让孩子的智力与能力得到全面的发展。这样使他们以后上了小学、初中、高中、大学学习就更加优秀了，家长也知道现在考高中、考大学、差一分意味着什么。不仅仅是家教的费用，不仅仅是几万块钱的问题，有时花再多的钱也进不了理想的学校，所以我很希望有更多小朋友都能接受这种科学教育，接触科学的课程。

　 现在也说说我们老师的心声吧!其实在刚引进这门课程时，我们老师也想放弃，因为我们每个周末都要放弃休息的时间，听北京专家讲课，从早上8：00——真到晚上9：00.为了不影响第二天的上课质量，我们还要练课写祥案详案就是我们把进教室的每一句话都写出来，经常忙到半夜11、2点才能睡觉。

　 家园共育，为了对孩子有进一步的了解，我们进行了家访，在家访的这些日子里，为了赶时间一到下班就急急忙忙去家访。也顾不上那个吃饭了，面对家长，我们强忍着胃疼，认真的与家长沟通孩子在园的成长变化。每天家访回来已经10点多了，还要给小孩子洗澡、照顾她睡觉。虽然是这么的辛苦、这么的累，有时当我上完一节魔法玩字课时宝宝懂事的跑来老师老师让我来帮你锤锤背吧!老师老师你喝水吧!当我看到孩子的董事我的心里觉得再苦再累也值得，当我看到我的孩子不断地进步，不断地给我们带来惊喜，心理觉得那种苦和累算什么?也感到付出再多都值得，你们把孩子交到我的手里，就是我的责任，我有责任把你们的孩子带好。。虽然我不能把他们每一个都培养成知名人物，领袖人物，但我一定会尽我的能力把这些孩子带好，所以请你们放心把孩子交给我们，我们愿意为孩他们付出，愿意为他们负责。
