[曲美他嗪对不稳定心绞痛患者血管内皮功能的影响] 万爽力是心脏营养药吗

　　[摘要] 目的 观察曲美他嗪对不稳定心绞痛患者血管内皮功能的影响 方法 将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予拜阿司匹林、美托洛尔、依那普利、辛伐他汀、单硝酸异山梨酯等治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪20mg,3次/d,服用4周。观察比较各组治疗前后丙二醛�内皮素�一氧化氮�超氧化物歧化酶的变化。结果 治疗组内皮素/一氧化氮以及丙二醛改善明显优于对照组。结论 曲美他嗪可以保护血管内皮功能,机制可能与调节内皮素/一氧化氮水平,抗血管内皮过氧化损伤有关。

　　The effects of Trimetazidine on vascular endothelial function of unstable angina pectoris

　　[Abstract]
　　0bjective To observe the effects 0f Trimetazidine on vascular endothelial function of unstable angina pectoris.Method The 80 patients withunstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into routine therapy group and Trimetazidine group.The routine therapy group was received routine therapy for unstable angina pectoris,2Omg Trimetazidine was given to every one of Trimetazidine group 3 times a day besides routine therapy.vascular endothelial function were determined at the same time.Results ①The endothelin, nitrognitrogen monoxidum and malonic dialdehyde of patients in the Trimetazidine group were abviously surpass those in routine therapy Group. Conclusion Trimetazidine can improve the vascular endothelial function of unstable angina,maybe it’s because that Trimetazidine can adjust the level of enddothelin and nitrognitrogen monoxidum,and resist the peroxidation damage of blood vessel endothelium.

　　曲美他嗪是临床第一种运用于改善心肌代谢的药物,能通过选择性和特异性的抑制脂肪酸氧化并刺激葡萄糖氧化,直接改变心脏能量代谢途径,从而具有抗心肌缺血和改善缺血心肌功能的作用。本研究旨在通过观测不稳定心绞痛患者服用曲美他嗪后内皮素、一氧化氮、丙二醛和超氧化物歧化酶的变化,探讨曲美他嗪对不稳定心绞痛患者血管内皮功能的影响。
　　1 资料与方法
　　1.1 一般资料 入组病人80例。 80例患者均为2007―2009年郫县中医医院门诊病例,均符合1999年WHO的缺血性心脏病的命名及诊断标准。按随机双盲法分为两组,治疗组40人,男性17例,女性23例,年龄48―77岁,平均(67.35±7.12)岁,病程1―9年,平均(5.38±1.79)年。对照组40人,男性14例,女性26例,年龄45―79岁,平均(65.85±8.18)岁,病程1―9年,平均(5.93±2.18)年。两组一般资料比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
　　1.2治疗方法 对照组给予拜阿司匹林、美托洛尔、依那普利、辛伐他汀、单硝酸异山梨酯等治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用曲美他嗪20mg,3次/d,服用4周。
　　1.3观察内容 观察指标:治疗前�治疗后分别测定丙二醛�内皮素�一氧化氮�超氧化物歧化酶(采用放射免疫分析法,试剂由南京建成生物工程研究所生产)。测试方法严格按照试剂盒说明操作。
　　1.4统计方法本实验采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析。计量指标以均数和标准差表示,符合正态分布者用t检验(组内治疗前后比较用配对t检验,组间比较用成组t检验),以P
