Courage is father who shows up on the time every day at a boring ,low-paying,dead-end job to feed and clothe his family.Courage comes in many forms,not only from the thoughs and deeds of greatness,but in the rountine everyday of living.

If each time you’re knocked down,you have the courage to stand up again, then you can be proud of yourself. ”

　Courage is a strength that you can refresh even after a great defeat.Courage is a power that though getting hurt,but you still stand up to run.Courage is a spirit you face everthing even though knowing it is hard to overcome.

　I know what courage looks like I realize it from my middle school classmate.

　She a optimistic and cheerful girl.From the first sight of her ,her face is always fulll of smile.And she is excellent in studying and is the commissary in charge of studies in our class.she would have a happy family.Her father is soilder with a long-term mission in Fujian province.and her mother is a college psychology teacher who was very familiar for ours and once gave us some psychological guidance course.she is a friendly approachable person. However, a great disaster has suddenly come to her family. At beginning of the second term junior. Her mother was diagnosed with gastric cancer who immediatly became so week even bedriddren.while because of the task of the military her father could not immediately go home to take care of her mother.The responsibility of taking care of her mother fell on her shoulder.And it is critical time to prepare the high school entrance examination.It is unimaginable that both pressures come from family and academic were put on a little girl at the same time.But she still insist on studing hard while taking care of her serious ill mother and her grades didn’t decline remain top 10 in our class.However what’s worse  the last month before examination, her mother died. This was like a thunderbolt out of a clear sky for everyone. Everyone thought that she will drop out or withdraw from an examination.To be honest if I were her I would have no mood to do anything. However, she chose to face. Courage to overcome all the frustration. After a briefadjustment, she still took the exam and to achieve an ideal result. From her story I know. When life gets you down, when it seems that your world is at an end, take courage and go the next step. You will be amazed at the power and strength you have inside.

　Life is a challenge, meet it. Life is a promise, fulfill it. Life is a sorrow, overcome it. Life is a struggle, accept it. Sometimes we feel that obligations are like burden, so heavy on our back.; pressure is like the overcast sky, hanging over head; death and loss are like a dark cave, and we go deeper and deeper, hard to breathe. But on the other hand, only when we’re cornered can we be the strongest man we’ve never been before.
